**RETURN PROCEDURE:**
As a valued customer, you have the right to return the item(s) from your order without any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to nu nushin. Please carefully follow the procedure below to ensure a valid and effective return:
1. **Keep the purchased item and packaging in good condition:** Once you decide to return the item, it should not be used. Items must be returned undamaged, not soiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn (except for trying them on) with intact labels and stickers, in the original packaging.
2. **Send us order information:** Provide the following information through:

– Pickup address
– City, ZIP code, Country
– Reason for return (optional)
– Confirmation of cancellation of the sales contract with order details
3. **Return the products via courier:** Ensure that the products are well-packaged. We will contact you to schedule a pickup appointment through nu nushin’s reliable delivery service. Retain return receipts to provide precise proof of the dispatch date.
4. **Receive the refund:** The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Any damages may result in a deduction from the refund. The refund will be made through the original payment method. nu nushin reserves the right to withhold a portion of the price for damages found on the products.
**EXCHANGES:**
If you wish to exchange a product, specify the desired new size or model. Explain the reason and follow the return procedure. We will endeavor to dispatch the exchange items within 14 days of receiving the return. The second shipment will be at the customer’s expense.
**DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:**
If you believe a product is defective, contact us with details and, if possible, images. We will examine the returned product and inform you of the refund within 30 days of confirming the defect via email. Defective products will be fully refunded, including the original shipping costs and return expenses incurred by the customer.
